To provide location-based reminders, the App requires access to your device’s location services. We process your location data locally on your device to trigger notifications when you arrive at or leave a specified location. We do not track your continuous location or store your location history on remote servers.

c. Task and User Data

The tasks, reminders, due dates, and other content you generate are stored locally on your device using local databases (e.g., SwiftData). We do not have access to this data unless you explicitly choose to back it up to cloud services (like iCloud) governed by Apple’s privacy policies.

d. Artificial Intelligence Processing

To intelligently extract tasks and context from your voice notes, your transcribed text may be processed using Google Gemini AI services. We ensure that these services do not use your personal data to train their public models. We confirm that Google Gemini AI provides the same or equal protection of your data as described in this Privacy Policy.

e. Usage and Device Data

We may automatically collect anonymous usage statistics, device information (such as device type, OS version), and crash reports to help us improve the App's performance and user experience.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process transactions for Premium subscriptions.

4. Third-Party Advertising (Google Ads)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the App. Google AdMob may collect and use certain data (such as your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, and coarse location) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

• Google may use this data to track your behavior across other apps and websites.

If you choose to purchase Reminder AI Premium, the payment process is handled entirely by Apple via the App Store. We do not collect or store your credit card information or billing details. Please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy for more information on how they handle your payment data.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. Most of your personal data, including your tasks and saved locations, is stored entirely locally on your device. However, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

6. Your Choices

• Location Services: You can enable or disable location services for the App at any time through your device settings. Disabling location services will prevent location-based reminders from functioning.
• Microphone Access: You can revoke microphone access via your device settings, though this will disable the voice-to-task functionality.
• Data Deletion: Because your data is stored locally, you can delete all your tasks and saved locations simply by deleting the App from your device.
