Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how AllSaver - Scanner,Video Tools ("the Application", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application and integrated document scanning, video editing, and media download tools.
1. Local Storage & Privacy-First Architecture
Your privacy and data sovereignty are our highest priorities. All files, scanned documents, ID/Passport scans, compressed/trimmed videos, and fetched media files remain stored locally on your device inside your app vault. We do not maintain external servers to collect, index, or store your personal files, scanned images, or downloaded media.
2. Features & Information We Collect
-
Document & ID/Passport Scanning:
When using the Document Scanner, Passport Scanner, or ID Card Scanner, all camera capture, edge detection, image enhancements, and PDF creations are processed locally on your device using native Apple Vision and CoreImage technologies.
-
Video & Audio Processing Tools:
Features such as Video Compressor, Video Trimmer, Audio Trimmer, GIF Converter, Grid Splitter, and Canvas Drawing process media locally using system AVFoundation framework APIs.
-
Public Media & Video Downloader:
The Application includes media tools to fetch and save public media links and videos for personal offline access. When you input a public URL or sample video link, the Application downloads the content directly from the origin server to your local device storage. We do not log, track, or share your URL inputs or downloaded media content.
-
Document Conversion Services:
For specialized online file conversion tools (e.g., converting PDF to DOCX, XLSX, or PPTX), files may be temporarily transmitted over secure encrypted connections (HTTPS) to verified cloud conversion service APIs (such as CloudConvert). Files are processed in-memory and permanently deleted immediately after conversion.
-
Usage Data & Crash Logs:
We may collect anonymous system telemetry and crash logs (via Apple or Firebase Crashlytics) to diagnose app bugs, optimize memory usage, and improve overall performance.
3. Advertising and Analytics
The Application may display advertisements through third-party advertising partners (such as Google AdMob).
-
Ad networks may collect non-personally identifiable device information, advertising identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), IP addresses, and generalized usage metrics to serve relevant ads and measure ad performance.
-
You can control or reset your advertising tracking preferences at any time in your iOS device settings under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
4. Data Security
We enforce industry-standard security measures on iOS. Because your documents and downloaded media reside locally on your device, your personal data is protected by your device's passcode, Touch ID, or Face ID security settings.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect new app capabilities or statutory updates. Any revisions will be published directly on this page.
6. Contact Us
